Product Introduction
Organic Kiwi Fruit Powder is an ultra-fine powder (80–100 mesh) produced from certified organic kiwifruit (*Actinidia chinensis*). The fruit is washed, peeled (optionally), pulped, and then dehydrated using either freeze-drying or low-temperature spray-drying techniques. Our product features excellent water solubility and contains no added sugar, preservatives, artificial colors, flavorings, or anti-caking agents.
Every time we make a batch of powder, we send it to another lab for testing if it is good. They make sure it does not have much Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium or Mercury. These are things that we do not want in. It also make sure it does not have any germs, like Salmonella or E. Coli.
